IBM

Last 2 days, I took a half day for attending the interview at IBM. I was present well during the interview which I was very hard sell about my strenght and experiences. One thing I felt curious is the interviewer seen do not have many questions about me and I never been this such interview before. She is smiled and told me "I got no more questions about you and what you want to know about IBM? " perhaps I'm already told all about me like my current work, why resign, why choose IBM...hence she got no question to ask. It seen like not bad but I'm still worrying whether she will hired me or not, maybe I'm not confidence to my ability.

I'm very hate my current job and I wishing to change to new environment like IBM. I got few friends work at there and many of them have a good comment about IBM.. Queennie is told me that don't write your expected salary too much as they won't hire you since may fresh grad out there so i got reduced rm100 of my expected. Hopefully they will hired me based on my working experiences not because of my salary. Pls wish me good luck, bro.....

Twilight

Yesterday I'm watched Twilight in Cathay Cineplx which I was unplanned to watch it since I haven't watch its trailer before. Anyway babe suggested me to watch this movie and i thought it is horror movie. After watching, I knew that kinda vampire love story starring Kristen Stewart played Bella and Robert Pattinson played Edward. Story begin with Bella sits next to Edward in class on her first day of school, Edward seems utterly repulsed by her. He even attempts to change his schedule to avoid her, leaving Bella completely puzzled about his attitude towards her. Although she was inexplicably attracted to him even when she thought Edward drank human blood, she is much relieved to learn that the Edward choose to abstain from drinking human blood, and drink animal blood instead. Edward reveals that he initially avoided Bella because the scent of her blood was so desirable. Over time, Edward and Bella fall in love......

Robert is acted well in this movie and he is damn handsome & cool with I think everyone in plu community wished him to be apart of them. His face easily to attract attention from everyone and I was dreamed while I got his face, many ppl will died in my hand hahahah. Anyway is impossible to come truth **fa bai rei mong** Previously I got one friend called Nong at my high school look a bit similar with him which he got very fair & handsome face and born in a rich family caused many bitchy dying to attract his attention meanwhile he is closed with another handsome guy hence I thought he is homo or not. This uncertainty situation been clarified after he told me he got a gf and i was asking whether he was sex with his gf or not.** So dare la** what he told me was hmmmm... my gf wanted to have it but i don't. That's will be a little ridiculous for 20th century born teenager who saying something like this hahaha Anyway I didn't go further about this issue with him. We been uncontact more than 5 years and i don't know whether he still remember me or not.

Feeling

Frankly speaking, I'm just ordinary guy which I do not expect something for other ppl eventhough my babe and pls don't expect something from me. I'm very enjoyed the moment with my babe but I found that there is something lack off trusting and understanding. I tell you what, one couple will not last longer without trusting & understanding between each other. What I had been done for you just wanted to protect you but you thought I'm selfish and not concern about you. Worthless since you are not appreciated it and I'm very frustrated now as there are thousand of conflict occurred very day. There is no point to explain one by one since we been coupled more than 3 years perhaps you still yet to get know about me. Complaint is good for enhancing our relationship but shouldn't be much like Chinese phase "Over". Why I nagging so much which because i just wanted to remind you what you should do and what shouldn't, You thought I'm very free to nag without any purposes. Pls think about it. I'm seldom express my emotion/feeling through the words coz I'm not good in writing and using some bombastic words hence a little unprofessional. Anyway my babe always encourage me to do more blogging as it will help to improve writing skill and I'm million of appreciation wanted to give to my babe since English is one of my burden since I was child but I more confidence with what I am now. 100C Steamboat, Teppanyaki &BBQ Restaurant, Niu Ze Xiu

Yesterday I'm deciding what to have for dinner at NZX with babe after the gym section. We were undecisive of what exactly we wanted to eat, so judging by the title of this restaurant, it had everything from steamboat , teppanyaki to bbq, so we thought why not? We were quite impressed with this place.They lead us upstairs as downstairs was full. They had little Tatami seats like a Japanese Restaurant, which gave eating steamboat a fresh new look. This restaurant is fairly new, and they are the first restaurant that has a delivery service for steamboat/teppanyaki/bbq. Hmm..I wonder how that works. But now we know there’s such a thing as delivery for steamboat.

We ordered from the set menu, as it looked very appetizing, and also the price was affordable, only RM8.80 per set. The set was for 1 people and it came with quite a variety of food, ranging from seafood like fish balls, to chicken, tau fu and different variety of ‘balls’ and also yee mee or bee hoon. The great thing about this place is the variety of soup they have to offer. They are almost 10 different soup base to choose from. They have the usual chicken broth based, porridge based, herbal based, you think of it, they have it.That night we opted for Tom Yum and porridge steamboats since we had been longtime not eating porridge already.

Each individual has his/her own electric cooking pot to cook their steamboat in with digital control panels. Its quite fun cause you can make your soup boil in an instant and basically control the temperature of your dinner throughout your meal. ( * Note :80C is the best to keep your steamboat nice and warm while you are eating.

Another perk is that they have a huge range of sauces for you to eat with whatever you are eating that night. They have sauces such as Thai sweet chilli fish sauce, Apricot sauce, Satay Sauce, Terriyaki sauce..any sauce that you want I can gurantee that it’ll be there. We were spending quite some time deciding which sauce to take. My darling like the Terriyaki souce so much but I'm more prefer Fried Onion and Garlic mixed with soya souce.

We all enjoyed this place very much. It had a very nice ambience and also a good variety of food to choose from. Not your conventional style of steamboat/Teppanyaki or BBQ. For those bithday coming soon and you may place to have dinner at there coz you got 30% discount if you come on your birthday. We came out full and satisfied and looking forward to our next visit.

Interview

Yesterday I was pretending sick and taken MC for the purpose of attending 2 interview sections in Rawang and Kajang area. For the Rawang area, I was applying the post of Export Exec which quite interesting job and have a better future compared to my current position like doing some malay and "form 5" job. This position required someone travelling to oversea and meeting with some potential customers hence I'm aim to get this job. I was arrived at this company at 9.00am which one hour earlier from my appointment so I decided to sit at car coz it is not proper for someone attend too earlier. I was filling up the interview form and answering the essay titled "Why you can contribute in the company", pretty hard question but i still managed to answer it well. There are 2 fellows interviewer which one is old lady, HR manager and handsome young guy, Export manager, during the interview, there are a thousand of question been asking and some is not really relevant or so called "rediculas questions".

1. What is the weather in US? I Think now is winter season What? It is wrong as now in Florida still yet to winter and you should know about that. **I think he need to hire weather reporter**



2. Why you do want suggest your company to develop a new product? Sorry, this out of my function and I'm not required to do so. Why? Why? *Abang, my company got special dept to handle it la, stupid**

You want to know how many hairs in my ass hole? Both of them is going very detail and I'm really moodless to answer their questions and i think there is no chance to get this job since they are looking someone very aggressive and knowledgeable in all aspects including politic and climate as well.

Basically I do not want go for interview Kajang coz it is quite far from my home but I forced to go since I'm been promise with the recruiment agency. I was very ego during interview section since I do not wish to get this job. Project Exec is quite challenging job but in fact the company is too small for me and I do think the company willing to pay me what I'm expected. After the an hour interview section, the conclusion is you're the most suitable candidate but your expected salary out of our budget.

Me: What? I already informed the recruiment agency regards I'm expected at least 3k and have you noticed about this?

Interviewer: Ya, I know but your requirement is too high for us

Me: You cannot compared me to the fresh grad student coz i got few years working experiences.

Interviewer: How about we offered you 2.8 or 2.9k and will be few percents adjustment after confirmation.

Me: No. As you know my current salary already 2.6k and will be adjusted to 2.8k after this year so impossible for me to shift to new environment with no increment. okay?

Interviewer: Do you think your company will increased you about 200.

Me: Based on track record, 200 increment is a standard in my company. Anyway my expected is remain the same. No negotiate.

Inteviewer: Ok la, I will discuss with my boss and come back to you later.

What I found in this interview is IF YOU DO NOT HAVE BUDGET, PLS DO NOT CALL ME FOR INTERVIEW. WASTE MY VALUABLE TIME.

Good Day

Last Saturday, babe and me were going to gym at The Curve which this is the first time going to fitness club because babe always persuading me and finally i decided to go there have a tour.... maybe I'm in good mood at that time.... We were reached the Curve at 11pm and registered myself because I'm using trial passbook which given by babe. After, we located our stuff at the locker beside the washroom which I think it's quite small compared to others fitness club anyway the environment itself is quite comfortable. We were going to running machine at G floor after dressed and this is first time I played with the machine and I'm enjoyed at first and later.... but later I got no energy to play with it already. It took about 1 hour to kill me off. We are had a rest at the pantry and chit-chat together.

Since I got no energy to continue then we went to sauna and steam room before bathing. Both facilities are quite okay and only the problem is there is each of one in this fitness club...*what's happen if got many visitors at the same time? Are we need to Q up?*.... We dressing our self cantik-cantik after finished bathing and there are one guy staring at me while I changing my clothes, perhaps I get attraction to him while i naked...hahaha. maybe not....

I felt my body is energetic and re-fresh after this but my stomach is empty and hungry then we planned to have a Dim Sum at Bukit Maluri, Kepong. The foods is really tasty & delicious ... maybe I'm too hungry at that time...I'm very enjoyed this moment with my babe since we are graduated from school.

Bukit Bintang is one of the famous place I used to date together with my babe....maybe babe is too addict on shopping...especially in Pavillion...at first, we planned to window shopping and have a dinner only... but she was taking me to the Cerruti watch shop which i knew babe will brought me a watch as promised. After searching around, finally i decided to choose above attached model which cost about thousand less. This is the most expensive gift where I never received since I was born and it so meaningful to me....

Yesterday my babe is giving my a hard time which it difficult to forget.

Babe: I will go to Pavilion after work.
Me: What to do at there?

Me: Pls buy me another present beside this.

Me: *Thinking* ...Emmm I want a dinner, or clothes or non luxury stuff, okay?
Babe: No way. Pls tell me one thing which need to same value with the watch.
Me: *Yelling* why you so stubborn. I told what. I don't want you to buy those luxury stuff to me.
Babe: *Sad* Why??
Me: B'coz you go no money. I don't want you to slot your credit card again.
Babe: *Yelling* You are look down at me and i know you earned money more than me and pls do not do that at me
Me: No. It doesn't meant that okay. I just don't want you to spend too much money for me. Maybe you can buy it after you get your bonus or else.
Babe: *Silent* *Moody* okay la. whatever

My babe still keeping silent until I reached my home and i get down the car with a very sadness feeling as i knew he on moody situation. To avoid war between us, the only way i can do is keeping silent too. This is not the first time happened, we been to this manytime after we are graduated from school and maybe we are grower compared to old day. We easily to get argument b'coz of the money and he always said i earned money more than him but in fact i didn't look down at him or what. Perhaps this is the path everyone should/have to go through to enhance relationship.

New Target Given

"Our dept sales' target will be increased 40 percent in year 2009. Everyone, pls prepared yourself to achieve this objective and we are the spotlight of the company, everyone is looking us whether we can succeed or not"said boss.

What's the hell....increase 40%...this is reticules..no way man...now our dept sales is dropping everyday coz of the economy crisis (our sales mainly depending euro regional). Boss just setted me a hard, stupid target which all my colleagues said this is impossible mission. why he never clarify about what is the situation before accepted any target setted by top management...Franky speaking, I'm not a salesman and i got no idea how to increase the sales....my job scope more to executing, planning and processing...moreover my salary is not good, not deserve doing salesman's job. I believed he will pushing me everyday if I unable to achieve the target. what i can do?????

SILENT AND CRY

If your got open your radio to Myfm or Flyfm this morning, you msut noticed the topic about KWSP will directly deducted 8% from the employee's EPF account instead of the current 11%, while the 12% EPF contribution by employers would remain unchanged on January onwards. If you wanted to remain 11%, you have go to the KWSP office and apply it Via Form.


Based on analyst, a salary of RM2,000 a month would have additional RM60 to take home while an employee with RM6,000 monthly salary would have an extra RM180 to spend and I feel very angry with this new policy taken by the government and i think the gov didn't bring their brain while announced this stupid carzy policy which doesn't bring any benefit to the employee. I belived there must be a batch of ppl ( majorinty malay) love this policy since they like to spend more than save. They happy but we suffer. *No fair la*


The another issue is for those employees don't not agreed with the deduction need to go to KWSP and apply Via Form. This is totally waste our time to do such stupid appliaction it just like you went to Cafe and they served you a coffee without a taken order. Now i'm wondering when i got to take leave for this stupid meanless purpose. How about you?

First of all, my name is Louis, I’m still age 24 and hopefully this age will be remained forever. Currently I’m working in one of the largest manufacturing in the town which everyone thought that I will get high pay but the fact is totally different. Moreover I’m working in the most terrible dept in my company which is spare part dept. why I say so? See below:

1. Spare part = dream killer * No future*
2. 5 minute walking to Toilet * what happen if I in diarrhea*
3. 15 minute to Car park. *So damn far*
4. Dusty and dirty working environment. *few colleagues affected by DENGGI last few months ago*
5. Suck manager which he always put all the false to us while reporting to top management. *Timid and evil*



Pls tell your friend do not enter manufacturing field if he/she don't want to get suck life. Hahaha. I'm wondering whether quit or not. Now i starting to search a new job which can get me higher pay, more opportunities compare to now but no news from the company like throw a stone into the sea. God please help........... I cannot stand anymore la........
