MBA

Working life is totally different from what I thought at old time especially working in manufacturing line. Since I’m not an engineer so less opportunity given by the company in term of growth hence I’m fell very frustrated everyday and I don’t know whether I need to change new environment or not. Everyday I going to work with the body without soul like gigolo being fucked by old man. In term of pay, I got more than my friend currently and should I satisfied with that? As we know, there is pretty hard to get a good job during this financial crisis as I dropped a lot of application but I seen like no news at all. Pretty sad man. As I heard from many friends, most of the company is downsizing now hence all the vacancy being freeze. My another optional is going back to school and persuading my MBA since I will be more marketable after graduated Haha so I can become richer lor. I had asked my parent whether they can support me or not but since they are planning to retire so there will be very difficult in financial wise. Since nobody can support me, I need to collect fund from my salary lor. It caused me cancelled my fitness membership, lower down my daily expenditures and etc.

At my company, there are too many celaka colleagues especially my boss which he always give me a hard core and instruct me to do a lot of unnecessary works. Yesterday, I got a msg from my colleague, Lee which he been transferring to Dubai for half year in order to help ppl at there and he was asking me; "So how r u now??? Still the same situation in Spare Parts?? As a fren’s advise, why don’t u change dept?" and my reply is " Ya, still remain same situation at SP and i wanted change to new environment but not at this company, perhaps I will look for new job after Bonus." In my company, everyone knew that spare parts dept is the most terrible and difficult dept since need to do a lot of messy work which not rewarding. Last year, we're achieved the target and our sales increased about 25 percent but percentage of our increment is the lowest in company. That's not fair at all. Majoring of SP team are planning to ta bao this year and we shall see who dare to work at SP again.

Yesterday, I was unable to sleep for the whole night while worrying what happen to my future. This is pretty fussy problem since I was gradated from Uni and I really cannot aspect any improvement or hope about my current stupid hell job which caused me browsing jobstreet everyday. (@@)



Since got no news from IBM, I have took a great breath and called the recruiter yesterday noon which she said my application still in KIV. WTF.... still in KIV so I was asking " that's mean I'm not succeed for the interview?" "Not really, there are few ppl been selected but your resume still KIV" she said. OMG I really can't accept the fact and my mood is down for the whole days. What my babe told me is "Maybe you are too good in English so they thought your Mandarin is not good" **the position which I applied required someone good in English as well as Mandarin** I realized babe want to make me happy but the way he lied totally awful. A hug from you is enough for me more than the words.



I'm being work more than 1.5 years and I was still walking the same step to achieve my goal. Even thought I trying work hard every in single moment but still yet to receive what I want. Babe and I encounter the similar situation perhaps we are bad luck. Hahaha. Babe liked to praise me all the time eg: you're very smart la, you're so handsome ..... in fact, I'm ugly and stupid.



Couple with my babe more than 3 years and I gained a lot of things from him in-term of knowledge and English. He is extremely good in English and so admired him while he was speak. But very unfortunately, his company restrained him to go further so I always suggested him to let this company, meantime he is afraid will not get better offer during this economic crisis. Anyway I will try to avoid myself to influence his decision as I believed babe knows what should do all the time.



What things in my mind now are lottery and 4 digit. Hopefully I become rich in one day.

New Year 2009 Celebration

Yesterday, I been forced by my family to join them to Genting for celebrating New year but in fact I not willing to join them as I want to take this opportunity to celebrate with my beloved. Since I was promised with my sister so got no chance to FFK. Before I get in the car to Genting, my colleague was calling me regarding my shipment is lefted and I so damn careless because I did forgotten to arrange my shipment before my year end holiday. My mood is fall from the sky to the ground, anyway I putted this issue out of my mind as I do want make my holiday fully of annoy.



So impressive, we managed to check in within 20 minute and this never happen to me before since everyone knew at least waiting few hours for checking in first World Hotel. My sister was booked one deluxe room for my entire family excluded my dad. We decided to take turn in sleeping as doesn't enough bed for 9 persons included my lovely Nieves and nephew. After we settled down, we go to Snow World which treated by my sister and there is damn cold in the Snow world. After all the activities, I was going to the room and having a great bath in the bath-tub even my nephew was disturbing me by knocked the door. After bathing, I received a call from my beloved and he said he is in Getting right now, so I immediate check the friend finder to re-confirm the location where he is. Surprisingly he and few friend in Genting and I was going down to meet him as fast as possible.



After met him, we hang out in Casino and Shopping mall. After a while, we were going to carpark at Highland hotel which there are a performance of firework for new year celebration and the escalators were full of people and god damn crowded but we still managed to arrived at carpark 1/2 hour before firework. The atmosphere is cold caused the ambient like celebrating new year in Euro country. He is giving me his jacket since i was cold at there and he is pretty caring me but for me is versatile. Looking at firework with my beloved is the greatest moment in my life and I cannot believed we celebrating this meaningful moment together.

IBM

Last 2 days, I took a half day for attending the interview at IBM. I was present well during the interview which I was very hard sell about my strenght and experiences. One thing I felt curious is the interviewer seen do not have many questions about me and I never been this such interview before. She is smiled and told me "I got no more questions about you and what you want to know about IBM? " perhaps I'm already told all about me like my current work, why resign, why choose IBM...hence she got no question to ask. It seen like not bad but I'm still worrying whether she will hired me or not, maybe I'm not confidence to my ability.

I'm very hate my current job and I wishing to change to new environment like IBM. I got few friends work at there and many of them have a good comment about IBM.. Queennie is told me that don't write your expected salary too much as they won't hire you since may fresh grad out there so i got reduced rm100 of my expected. Hopefully they will hired me based on my working experiences not because of my salary. Pls wish me good luck, bro.....

Twilight

Yesterday I'm watched Twilight in Cathay Cineplx which I was unplanned to watch it since I haven't watch its trailer before. Anyway babe suggested me to watch this movie and i thought it is horror movie. After watching, I knew that kinda vampire love story starring Kristen Stewart played Bella and Robert Pattinson played Edward. Story begin with Bella sits next to Edward in class on her first day of school, Edward seems utterly repulsed by her. He even attempts to change his schedule to avoid her, leaving Bella completely puzzled about his attitude towards her. Although she was inexplicably attracted to him even when she thought Edward drank human blood, she is much relieved to learn that the Edward choose to abstain from drinking human blood, and drink animal blood instead. Edward reveals that he initially avoided Bella because the scent of her blood was so desirable. Over time, Edward and Bella fall in love......

Robert is acted well in this movie and he is damn handsome & cool with I think everyone in plu community wished him to be apart of them. His face easily to attract attention from everyone and I was dreamed while I got his face, many ppl will died in my hand hahahah. Anyway is impossible to come truth **fa bai rei mong** Previously I got one friend called Nong at my high school look a bit similar with him which he got very fair & handsome face and born in a rich family caused many bitchy dying to attract his attention meanwhile he is closed with another handsome guy hence I thought he is homo or not. This uncertainty situation been clarified after he told me he got a gf and i was asking whether he was sex with his gf or not.** So dare la** what he told me was hmmmm... my gf wanted to have it but i don't. That's will be a little ridiculous for 20th century born teenager who saying something like this hahaha Anyway I didn't go further about this issue with him. We been uncontact more than 5 years and i don't know whether he still remember me or not.

Boss: No, it'll be according to situations.
Employee: How about salary? Will I get it on time every month?

Employee: Are all the works done by fresh graduates?
Boss: How is that possible? There are a lot of experienced colleagues before you.
Employee: If a managerial position is available, can I compete for it?
Boss: Without a doubt, it is our policy of survival.
